C2E2 Kicks Ass!

C2E2 is very pleased to announce Kick-Ass, directed by Matthew Vaughn and starring Aaron Johnson, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Mark Strong, Chloƫ Grace Moretz, and Nicolas Cage, will receive a red carpet premiere in Chicago, IL on Thursday, April 15, 2010 -- on the eve of C2E2. Selected cast members will participate in the Chicago red carpet premiere, and tickets will be made available on IGN.com and C2E2.com in the coming weeks for comics fans and C2E2 attendees wishing to attend.

Then, on April 16, C2E2 attendees will receive an additional opportunity to meet cast members from Kick-Ass when they participate in an autographing session at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo. Details as to the time and location of this signing are forthcoming on C2E2.com.

Kick-Ass's Chicago premiere is a partnership between Lionsgate, IGN, and C2E2, and we're very proud to be working with our friends at Lionsgate and IGN to make this event happen. C2E2 is a celebration of the best of comics and popular entertainment, and Kick-Ass perfectly represents this convergence.

Excellent news, Lance! This is extremely relevant and a home run hit for this show. Hoping to get the opportunity to meet and greet the cast members. Again, congratulations on knocking this one out of the park!

Sounds awesome! I'm flying over from Australia just for C2E2, so the more good stuff that gets added just makes me happier. I've got my VIP ticket, got my Gaiman ticket, this will be another thing I'll get to see. Nice work guys!

Making money on the internet is easy in the undercover world of blackhat techniques, It's not a big surprise if you have no clue about blackhat marketing. Blackhat marketing uses little-known or not-so-known methods to produce an income online.

I hope people with VIP tickets get first crack at going to this! I've been waiting for this for a while.

Well, I hope that those of us who could not afford the VIP package have an equal chance on getting into this.....

As someone that laid out the extra cash, I think we should get first crack at it. For this con there really isn't that much extra for the $150 that we spend so far (that could change, but so far I havne't seen it). I'm taking a gamble on it, and something like this would help make it worth it.

I hope the people that didn't get a VIP package get in as well. I just hope that this gets added as one of the perks.
