Muffins!

We made zucchini muffins last night. Or, rather, the Mrs. made muffins last night while I did some random work at the other end of the kitchen. We got about ten pounds of zucchini from her parents over the weekend, so these zucchini muffins are just the start, with zucchini pancakes, zucchini bread, and baked zucchini next on our list.
